I’m so glad that you have stopped by for a visit.  I offer a wide variety of baskets that are useful, decorative and just plain fun.  Whether it is a Nantucket Penny Basket for special anniversary or birth; a Pineapple Basket for that one of a kind housewarming gift, or a Woven Twill Wall Sampler just to add to your collection, there is an AHM Basket to help you celebrate your special event..

Are you a basket weaver? 

 

Great… I love to share what I know about weaving.  If you are a beginner in the craft, try one of the paper weaving kits!  They are a lot of fun and easy… even the most experience weave will fall in love with Twill Samplers.  Look for tips and tricks on the Basket Weaving Tips & Tricks page, as well as, in the cranberry colored blocks on the left of each page.

Ahhh! Summer

 

Can you believe it summer is finally here… the Bar-B-Ques are in full swing, baseball season will soon be approaching the all start break and hopefully you will be carrying your party goodies in pie baskets and wine carriers.

 

For me, the best part about the summer of 2010 is being accepted into the

Early American Life Magazine’s Directory of Traditional American Crafts…

 

This is truly a great honor,  so look for the August issue that should hit the news stands in late July.
